At the cornerstone of the Business For You program is its unique Sales Compensation and Marketing Plan.At the cornerstone of the Business For You Sales Compensation and Marketing Plan is its unique Independent Representative Level concept which is used to determine what Business For You Independent Representatives will earn for the products and services they are responsible for selling. Your income is based on what products or services you sell and at what your Independent Representative Level is during that calander month.

The Business For yOu Independent Representative Program consists of 5 different levels that determine the commissions you earn from the products and services you sell as well as the amount of the Special Bonus that you earn for reaching certain sales goals each monthy. Independent Representatives start at level one and achieve advancement to the higher levels by accumulating points which are awarded for any sales that are made. Certain point amounts are assigned to the various products and services that are offered by Business For You and are earned when these products and services are sold. The Point amounts by Business Opportunity are listed below.

Accumulating these poiunts are very important as they will determine your Independent Representative Level. Commissions and Special Bonuses are paid out in 5 different rates based upon Independent Representative Leveldurint the calander month that sales are generated. Upon attaining a Level there are no minimum requirements to maintain that Level and earn that corresponing commission rate. You will maintain that level for as long as you continue with Business For You, unless of course you advance to the next higher level.

If a Business For You Representative qualifies to advance to the next higher Level by reaching the minimum Point requirement, that advancement is effective the calander month that you attained the new Level and all sales during that calander month and any Special Bonuses earned will be paid based upon that new higher Level.

As an example, if an Independent Representative earns a total of 5,000 Points as a Business For You Indepednent Representative he/she would become a Level 3 Rep. during the month that the points are cumulative so there is no time limit requirements in reaching the Levels.

Every Business Opportunity allows you to earn points that are accumulated to advance to the next Independent Representative Level.
